Or make your own:
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Water
Juice of 6 lemons
Take the peel from one of the squeezed lemons and cut it into strips
In a small sauce pan bring sugar and water to a boil, add strips of peel and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature (or close if you’re impatient like me), and strain out the peel. To a 2 quart pitcher add lemon juice and 1/2 c. of the syrup and 5 c. of water. Stir, taste, adjust ratio of water and syrup. Serve over ice and mint.
